Roger and his team have cleaned, polished and repaired our kitchen, bathroom and master shower several times. 1. Unlike many contractors, he communicates with you. He is generally busy as heck, but instead of a no show, he called us a couple days early and asked if he could come a day or so later so that he could finish same day. 2. When they say they will be there, they show up. 3. When he said he would be done, he was finished. 4. The work has always been professional, and exceeds our expectations. 5. If Roger isn’t satisfied with the work, he will come back and fix. His standards are greater than his clients. We had a couple small holes that they missed. I didn’t notice on inspection, but he did. His team showed up the next day and fixed, Took 5 minutes.
Lastly, they clean up once they are done. You have a heard time noticing they were here except the floors look great. We will continue to use Roger and his company. They come with our highest recommendation.
